Welcome to the home page of the Division of Continuing Health Professional Education, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. The mission of this division is to provide continuing education activities for practicing healthcare professionals in order to promote lifelong learning, expand knowledge and improve the skills necessary for the provision of quality health care in the State. The University of Mississippi Medical Center strives to insure balance, independence, objectivity and scientific integrity in all its continuing education activities. All persons who have control over the content of any continuing education activity are expected to disclose the existence of any commercial relations or personal benefits that may be associated with the content. Speakers are also required to inform the audience when they have an intent to discuss an unlabeled use of a product and/or a product that does not have the Federal Drug Administration's approval for the use in discussion.
